Enhance your Willpower!

This is the approach to a healthy lifestyle that treats you like the grown-up that you are. Whether you want to lose weight, eat a healthier diet, improve your mood through food…the chances are that you already are an expert on what you SHOULD be doing, but find that after a few weeks, your good intentions fade and the will-power that was getting you through has run out.

The good news is that hypnotherapy can help by getting you to think and feel differently about food at an unconscious level. Over the 4 sessions (spread out over 8 weeks), you will work to retrain your mind to think differently about food through using advanced hypnosis & Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques, along with examining the psychology of will-power and decision making.

Evidence shows that working in a supportive group can positively enhance your chances of achieving your goals, so our groups will be limited to a maximum of 5 motivated people each of whom will help support each other.

There will be no weigh-in and no expectation or pressure to share your weight with the group. The focus will be on setting and achieving individual goals and on feeling good about yourself – because it’s much easier to be successful at absolutely anything if you’re feeling positive!

Each session will last for about 75-90 minutes. There will be a workshop at the beginning of each one looking at the psychology behind this part of the programme and there will be a 30-minute hypnotherapy session to embed the ideas and strategies discussed. There will be recordings after sessions 1-3 for you to listen to in between meetings, a notes sheet to take away and an activity for you to do in your own time. (Yes – homework!)

The programme is divided into 4 sessions:

1.  What willpower is and how to improve it, using all your senses to set your goal and making a plan to counter the danger times.

2. A focus on emotional eating & dealing with stress

3. The importance of sleep and how the lack of good quality sleep affects food choices and lifestyle

4. How to keep going – how to update and/or discard negative patterns and how to use self hypnosis.

 

The cost is £80 for the whole course, payable when booking your place. You will get the most benefit if you attend all 4 sessions as they will build on each other. If you are a group of 4 or 5 friends who would like to book for a specific time, please message me directly.
